Sony VAIO VGF-HS1 Home Server

Sony offers the VAIO VGF-HS1, a round-shaped multimedia home server. The Sony VAIO VGF-HS1 comes with built-in a 1TB 7200RPM SATA hard drive. It has three USB 2.0 ports and a Gigabit Ethernet port.

In addition to 1TB storage capacity, the VAIO VGF-HS1 comes with also card slots for Memory Stick Pro/Duo, CompactFlash and SD memory cards. Sony’s VAIO VGF-HS1 is DNLA compatible for media streaming to other devices such as HDTV or PS3. The home server offers one-touch transfer of files.
