Apple To Allow Developers To Issue Free Promotional Copies Of Software

It looks like someone at Apple finally got the message. Developers can reportedly now offer a free promotional code that allows prospective buyers and/or reviewers to download a full copy of a software title from the App Store. Each software title entering the App Store will get 50 promotional codes that will reset when each subsequent version is released.
