Willcom To Display Its Atom-Based Mid ‘Willcom D4′

Willcom displayed its Atom-based MID ‘Willcom D4′ during CEATEC 2008, which runs on Windows Vista OS.

Adopting a 5-inch touch screen with 1024*600 resolution, this slide-n-tilt MID is equipped with 1GB of RAM and 40GB HDD. Measuring 192.3×84×25.9mm at 470g, the Willcom D4 supports 1-Seg mobile TV, wireless LAN, Bluetooth connectivity, 1.98M camera and micro SD card slot.

It is available in Japan market for 128,600(JPY).
