Oled Displays In Laptops By 2010

A Samsung vice president has good reason to believe that OLED displays will make their way to laptops when 2010 rolls around, and half a decade after that, these will make up to 28% of all laptop displays without cost being an issue any longer since they will jack up the price by approximately 10% more compared to LCDs of today. This small price to pay reaps huge benefits, as OLEDs are well known for consuming much less power despite churning out superior contrast ratio.
