Canon Set To Launch New Type Of SED TV After Winning A Lawsuit

After clearing a dispute with Applied Nanotech, Canon is finally ready to launch a new TV set. According to Applied Nanotech, Canon had illegally sublicensed its patents whjen it joined hand with Toshiba to mass produce the TV, but the suit was quashed. The quirk about the new set is that it is based on surface-conduction electron-emitter displays, or SED.
