MiTAC Has Presented MiStation Netbook Built-In GPS Feature

MiTAC has Presented into the netbook computer segment with the launch of its latest computing device, termed as the MiStation. The interesting feature that makes the netbook a must-have product is its GPS functionality.
Apart from the GPS receiver, the MiStation netbook comes with an 8.9-inch screen, a 20GB SSD or 60GB hard drive, Windows XP or Linux operating system, wireless and Bluetooth 2.1 connectivity, a 1.3 megapixel webcam, 3 USB 2.0 ports, an SD card slot, and VGA out.
Powered by 1.6 GHz Intel Atom processor, the MiStation makes use of Mio GPS software for navigation. Users will be able to access Europe maps on the tiny screen of the netbook.
Expected to roll out in the European market by November, the MiTAC MiStation netbook will come for price starting from £282 (approx. Rs. 22,428) for the 60GB Linux version. However, the 20GB SSD model is slated to cost £400 (approx. Rs. 31,813).
